Fun Flight 1, Lets Fly some Passengers

For this flight you'll have onboard some passengers. We'll be leaving from Westchester County NY airport runway 34. There's a couple of local businessmen who have an appointment in Bridgeport Connecticut tomorrow morning..It's your job to get them there..and make sure you set your plane clock so it's dark outside.. because this is a night flight. Prior to departure we'll set our NAV 2 radio to the BDR VOR at 110.70. We'll be landing on runway 6 at Bridgeport Sikorsky. Lets set NAV 1 to 110.70. It's a short flight of about 35 miles. After takeoff and at an altitude of about 1000 feet, make a left turn till you come around to heading 99. This will take us out over Long Island Sound. Around 10 miles from the airport you will intercept the glide slope.  You'll be making a turn to heading 59 for final approach..But follow your NAV 1 for the ILS but try and fly it in yourself without the AP. After landing, continue your rollout down the runway and take the last taxi way on the left. it will almost be at the end of the runway. Take the taxiway up to the terminal so your passengers can leave the plane.. Hopefully they enjoyed their flight with you. While you're logging in at the tower.. you find a worker who's car just broke down and needs a lift to New Haven Connecticut so you offer to fly him there since it's just a short haul.  You get back in your plane and make your plans to taxi and depart for New Haven. You set NAV 2 to VOR HVN 109.80 and NAV1 to 109.10 which is the ILS for New Haven Tweed's runway 2. This flight is a short hop of about 20 miles mostly over the water of Long Island Sound. You're going to depart on runway 24 from Sikorsky. Runway 28 is the other end of the runway you landed on but since the wind has changed directions for our simulation purposes we'll be departing on a different runway..  Taxi out to runway 24.. Make sure it's runway 24 or you navigation could be all wrong.. On departure at about 1000 feet altitude, make a left turn to heading 116 out over the water. After about 10 miles and 8 miles from New Haven Tweed, you will intercept the glideslope. make a turn to heading 16 for final approach..  Lets see if you can land manually while following the ILS. After touchdown, you can get a cup of coffee and get a cab to the nearest hotel for a good night's sleep!
